Privacy notice

This notice explains how Noorixa handles personal data collected through this website. It does not cover the data our customers process inside the platform: that is governed by each customer's agreement with us.

What we collect

When you fill in the demo, contact or partner form: your full name, work email, company, country, phone number (if you give one), the size of your team, your preferred language and contact method, and your message.

Along with the form, to understand where requests come from: the page you came from on this site, campaign parameters in the link you followed (such as utm_source), and your browser's time zone.

For security: your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated submissions and to protect the site from abuse.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. See the cookie policy for the cookies we do use.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and arrange a demo or quote — on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form.
• To keep this website secure and working — on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting it.

We do not use the details you send through the form for marketing unless you separately agree to it.

Who can see it

Your request is stored in our CRM and seen by our sales team. We use service providers to host the website and to send email; they process data only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; where they do, we apply the safeguards required by the Personal Data Protection Law.

How long we keep it

We keep your request for as long as we need it to deal with you, and then for as long as the law requires us to. After that we delete or anonymise it.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) you may ask to be informed about the data we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected or completed, and to have it deleted when we no longer need it. You may also withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the equivalent rights under the GDPR.
