Questions about pricing

What counts as an agent?

Each active agent profile is one seat. Supervisors and administrators who do not take calls or conversations do not need one.

Which currency do you bill in?

We bill in Saudi riyals (SAR). Dollar amounts on this page are approximate, at the fixed rate of 3.75 SAR per US dollar.

Is VAT included?

No. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at 15% on your invoice.

What happens if we use more than the allowance?

Usage beyond the monthly allowance is billed at the rates in the table above. Your administrators can follow usage on the Plan and usage page at any time.

Can we change plans later?

Yes. You can move to a plan with more capability as your team grows. Talk to us and we will handle the change with you.
